Edisad brand, a division of Inspired Art Ventures LLC., brings together the creative vision and financial skills of Marc Edisad and Wesley Sparks respectively, who met in 2019. Wes was particularly impressed by Marc’s artistic abilities in filmmaking, photography, music, his insight into art history, as well as by his passion for contemporary design. Since he had left his job on Wall Street at the end of 2017 Wes was seeking a creative business venture. Marc’s creativity, drive, and desire to bring his original designs to market convinced Wes to invest and to launch Inspired Art Ventures with Marc in February 2020. The company is based in New York City with offices in Madison Square.
WESLEY SPARKS
Mr. Sparks, design connoisseur, wine aficionado and investor has more than 30 years of experience in finance and investment management. He has worked as a financial analyst and then portfolio manager at several firms on both the buy side and the sell side of Wall Street, including Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, TCW, and Schroders. Wes specialized in corporate credit and managed portfolios for both high net worth individuals and institutional clients such as pension funds and insurance companies. Wes served as lead fund manager for 13 years on a multi-billion global high yield mutual fund as well as other portfolios.
More recently Wes launched Inspired Art Ventures, LLC, in effort to provide business services and secure financing for up & coming artists.
Wes holds B.A. in economics from Northwestern University, M.B.A. in finance from The Wharton School. He has been a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder since 2000.
MARC EDISAD
Marc Edisad was born in Warsaw, Poland. He studied Business and Administration and following his passion for classical music created MDRecords, Poland’s first independent contemporary classical music label producing world premiere recordings of works by Krzysztof Penderecki and Wojciech Kilar.
Upon arrival to the US Marc co-founded two film production studios and worked as a producer, director and photographer for the last 18 years at the same time studying classical piano and composition. Having lived in New York, Berlin, London, Venice and Rio de Janeiro, Marc has been an avid observer of world art trends. He is a collector of contemporary art as well as an organizer of classical music concerts. His love for design was born out of infatuation with Renaissance and which he studied living in Venice.
